Meet the passionate team behind every production and creative experience brought to life by Let’s Create.
Russel is a model, dancer, designer, and creative force known across the Twin Cities. She has contributed to major productions including Black Fashion Week and Enticer Showcase. Russel coordinates casting, guides styling and fittings, and supports all performers through their creative process. If you're working with Let's Create, you'll collaborate closely with Russel to bring your vision to life.
Desiaa is the founder of Sixth Haus and an experienced brand strategist with a strong presence in the Minnesota fashion community. She leads marketing initiatives for Let's Create, including brand outreach, vendor relations, and connecting partners to creative teams. Desiaa ensures every production gets the visibility it deserves.
Becky is the founder and Creative Director of Let's Create, a business strategist with a Master's in Business Analytics and a passion for uplifting local talent. She has performed in over 8 productions and co-coordinated the sold-out MN Love Showcase featuring 30+ creatives. In 2024, she produced The Runway Reimagined, a sold-out fashion show spotlighting five Twin Cities brands with 37 participants. Becky brings experience in business strategy and large-scale event production to ensure Let's Create runs seamlessly from concept to execution.

The Minnesota Creator Social started with a post. Fametta, a Twin Cities content creator, shared her vision for intentional community among local creators. Let's Create saw it, invited her for coffee, and asked one question: what do you need to make this real?
Together we named it, branded it, and built every piece. We designed the graphics, structured the evening, and crafted activities that turned strangers into collaborators. We handled logistics while Fametta shaped the voice. When she wanted to expand the circle, we encouraged her to invite Blessing and Tulia, two rising content creators, to co-host alongside her.
Fifty creators gathered at Arya Cafe. Connections were made. Portfolios grew. And a community found its rhythm.

Imani Mansfield is a photographer, model, and founder of Creative Collaborations MPLS. What began as a 2018 hobby evolved into a mission: creating spaces where adults rediscover the joy of making art without monetization pressure.
Through immersive networking events, she brings together photographers, models, and small business owners to build portfolios and genuine connections. Her signature style blends imaginative portraiture with human-centered storytelling.
At Creative Collaborations: Spring Edition, Imani served as both partner and Creative Director, transforming PAIKKA into a playground for Twin Cities creatives.

Alexander (Toast Studios) and Conrad Mumbles are Creative Directors who transform space into story. Alexander crafts immersive environments that blur editorial concept with lived experience. Bold composition, unexpected textures, and atmospheric detail invite participants to step in and create freely. Conrad brings a grungy, film inspired aesthetic rooted in empowerment and raw human form, designing sets where vulnerability and edge coexist. Together at Creative Collaborations: Spring Edition, they built worlds that proved great creative direction is about building spaces where others feel free to create.
